Prices
Prices are effective from publication and are exclusive of VAT. Prices shown are unit prices for the stated quantities. The currency used throughout this catalogue is Pounds Sterling. Prices may change at any time without prior notification.
Personalisation
Unless otherwise indicated, products in this catalogue include printed personalisation in one colour in at least one position. Origination is extra, see individual items and Print Information.
For additional print charges please contact us. Artwork must be received two weeks before anticipated despatch date. We offer a wide range of printing processes – hot foil blocking, screen printing etc. – although certain products are better suited to specific print processes. We will be pleased to advise you.
Print Size and Position
Unless specified, the size, positioning and overprinting method of the print will be at the discretion of the printer.
Colour Matching
Whilst every effort will be made to match print colours to your requirements, due to a variety of both materials and material colours used in our products, we are unable to guarantee that this will always be possible. Where an exact colour match is required with no tolerance, we recommend you request a proof – see Print Proofs. Failing this, no liability can be accepted for colour variation.
Particular attention should be made to the use of PMS 'U' colours in clothing products, textile products and paper products.
Print Proofs
Wherever possible, proofs on standard catalogue products will be supplied on the appropriate merchandise – £30 per colour/position, plus the cost of the products, which will be supplied in its completed form. This charge is additional to the cost of dies or screen stencils.
Proofs on material swatch or colour paper proofs, price on application.
Emailed, faxed black and white artwork or posted paper proofs are free of charge.
Design Line proofing costs will be charged as extra according to specification.
Carriage
Prices are ex-works. A carriage charge will be applied.
Quantities
Orders for personalised products are subject to a maximum of 5% over or under run.
Product Packaging
Products that are individually boxed are indicated against the appropriate product details. Otherwise, products are shrink wrapped, poly bagged or bulk packed. Requests for unspecified packaging can usually be accommodated – prices on application.
Order Cancellation
If an order is cancelled by the buyer at any time after the date of acceptance by the seller then the buyer shall reimburse the seller any costs and expenses incurred by the seller in connection with that order.
Company Logos
The products photographed in this catalogue are intended to illustrate the effect obtained by personalised printing and do not necessarily imply that the products have been supplied to or endorsed by the owners of the trademarks featured.
Warranties
The refills/inks etc. supplied in writing instruments are subject to a maximum warranty of three months from date of despatch. These conditions are imposed on us by the manufacturers of such goods. No guarantees are offered on battery life whatsoever.
Changes in Product Specification
Specifications referred to in previous catalogues are superseded by this catalogue. We reserve the right to alter specification or change materials when absolutely necessary. This may be done without prior notification but will not be to the detriment of the product or to lessen its value. All accessories shown with the products are for dressing purposes only and are not included in the price.
Bespoke Designed Product Specification
Whilst every effort is made to manufacture and supply products to the highest quality, we cannot bear responsibility for any default in materials, parts or usage suitability of products where specifications have been cited by the purchaser. Whilst we are pleased to advise you on the development of bespoke designed products, the final responsibility for all non-standard specifications must remain with the purchaser.
Origination
Supplying Artwork
1) Please send your artwork in one of the following formats: ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR no higher than version 10 - eps and ai files. COREL DRAW no higher than version 10 - cdr files.
2) Please convert all fonts to outlines or curves.
3) Any photographs must be sent in jpg format at a minimum of 300dpi.
4) Any bitmapped artwork (e.g low quality jpg, tif, pcx, bmp files) will have to be re-drawn to make it usable. Our artwork department will advise you of the cost if applicable and an estimated re-draw time.
5) Please e-mail your files to artwork@tc-group.co.uk
6) When sending artwork please advise us of the Pantone colours.
7) All artwork will be e-mailed back to you at the correct size for the item(s) you have ordered. Please check the artwork very carefully before approving as errors detected afterwards can not be accepted.
8) We will not proceed until we have your approval. Any delay in approving may affect the dispatch date or incur additional costs.
9) Files that are sent on Mac formatted disks or CD's or any file types that are not in the formats above such as quark or photoshop must be sent to our outside studio and may create a delay and/or extra cost to your order.
